It was a hopeful attempt having never made plum cobbler but so easy and worth a try. So glad I did!!
My Plum Cobbler
10 small Plums, stones removed and chopped
1 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup, self-rising (or raising) flour
3/4 cup, vanilla sugar (you could use regular granulated sugar)
3/4 cup, milk
2 tsp cinnamon
Demura sugar, optional
Place plums in dish or dishes. (I used 2 small ones for 2 individual portions.) Mix all other ingredients – butter, flour, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Pour mixture in dish. Top with demura sugar.
Bake at 180C degrees for 22-25 minutes.
Serve warm alone or with ice cream, milk, or creme fraiche. Enjoy!
