A nice Sunday at the Queen’s Park market resulted in the nice loot below.

My Loot from Queen’s Park Farmers’ Market

Juicy, sweet tomatoes from Rockwell End House Farm

Crunchy, bright peppers from Wild Country Organics

Purple and Thai basils from my herb containers

Oh, what to do with them….

Queen’s Park Peppers & Tomato Salad with Black Radishes

 I cannot call this a recipe but the mixture is fresh, crunch, and juicy.   Just right on a hot, summer day.
