A few weeks ago, I read a blog on Putney Farm’s site about a caramelized fennel recipe. So when I saw this huge fennel at the Chegworth Valley farm stand at the market, I thought it would be a good time to try the recipe.
I followed the instructions, chopping the fennel and allow it to fry away.
It smells delicious….
I allowed it to keep cooking per the directions and viola!
I only had a lime but it seemed to work!
