I was looking for a tasty way to serve rainbow chard and this did the trick. So quick and easy!
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp, smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
Bunch of rainbow chard, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces with tough stalks removed
Heat olive oil in a saute’ pan over low heat. Saute’ garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Add smoked paprika and stir to blend. Turn heat to medium heat. Add chopped chard and add 2-3 tsbp of water and cover for 5 minutes. Finish with a bit of sea salt.
Pairs nicely with beef or pork. Enjoy.
