This time a year, there are fewer salads and more colds to fight so I decided to make one packed full of vitamin C. This lean mean green salad turned out to be a tasty combination. So quick and easy!
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp, Rapeseed oil
Sunflower seeds, (Optional: toasted)
Plate a bed of watercress and top with kiwi pieces and sliced avocados. Drizzle with rapeseed oil and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
Note: Kiwis and watercress are full of Vitamin C among other vitamins and nutrients. Perfect for this time of year.
