Parsnips are a nutritious root veg and grown so well here in England.  We have them most weeks and ths way is one of my favourites and considered more of a treat due to the butter and honey.

1 tbsp, butter

2 tbsp, honey

Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 190 Celsius.

Peel and slice 3-4 parsnips.

Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast for 20 minutes.

  1. I am going to try this ASAP. I have some parsnips that I really didn’t know what to do with until now.

  2. Honey glazed roast parsnips – worth cooking a roast for!

  3. These look absolutely delicious. My fave way to cook parsnips is by smothering them in a flour, breadcrumb and grated Parmesan mix and then cooking them in the oven until golden brown. To die for!
