Is it the sun (the occasional ray of sun, I mean)? Not sure but it seems the time is right for Pisco Sours!
Makes 3-4 servings
1/2 cup, Simple syrup (half hot water/half Demerara sugar), cooled to room temperature to refrigerated temperature
1/2 cup, Pisco (grape brandy)
1/2 cup, Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Egg white
Place all but the bitters in a blender, blitz, pour into pretty glasses. Top with a dash of bitters and any adornments you would like.
Enjoy in the sun (if you can find a bit)!
