Restaurant Review – Travel – La Casetta at Brisighella, Italy

Arriving at La Casetta for lunch, we were pleased to see all of the al fresco dining.  We were promptly seated being offered our choice of tables.

At lunch, La Casetta offers a great value 2-course menu for 10 Euros.  There werea dozen choices or more choices for each course.

We each started with pasta as you do….an abundant plate of pomodoro pappardelle

And a tomato based Risotto which was filling, delicious, and more than enough for a full meal.

We each also had grilled meat plates that were good but nothing extraordinary.

They have a nice wine selection and we chose a delicious, smooth bottle of Sangiovese.

It was one of the more memorable bottles on the trip and it was less than 20 Euros.

La Berta

I would definitely recommend this spot if in Brisighella and be sure to book outside in the lovely courtyard.
